OneShot Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These Terms govern your use of OneShot (the "Service"), operated by the team behind Godly (godly.es) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

OneShot lets you upload your own videos, edit them automatically (removing silences, filler words and repeated takes, adding captions and generating alternative openings), review the result, and publish it to social media accounts that you connect, such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and in any case meet the minimum age of the platforms you connect. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, edit and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you, including publishing it to the platforms you choose. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies already published to third-party platforms, which are governed by those platforms.

You confirm that you have all the rights needed for Your Content (including music, images and the people who appear in it), and that Your Content does not break any law or the rules of the platforms where you publish it.

4. Publishing to social platforms

Nothing is published without your action. Before publishing, you review the video, the caption and the privacy settings, and you confirm the publication (or schedule it). You are responsible for what you publish.

When you publish through OneShot, you must also follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform, including:

Each platform can limit, remove or refuse content, apply its own processing times, and change its features or rules. We are not responsible for the actions of those platforms, and we cannot guarantee that a publication will succeed or reach a given audience.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OneShot to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Automated editing

Automatic edits, captions, transcripts and suggested hooks are generated by software and may contain mistakes. You can review and change them before publishing, and you are responsible for checking the final result.

7. Plans and payments

OneShot may offer free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, the price, billing period and features will be shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, you will be informed of it at the time of purchase.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make significant changes to these Terms, we will notify you in advance.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. When your account is deleted, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or audience, or content removed or restricted by third-party platforms. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (downloadoneshot.com/privacy/) explains how we handle your data.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you can bring claims before the courts of your place of residence.
